Anti-COBLL1 antibodies are used in the immunodetection of the protein cordon-bleu WH2 repeat protein like 1. In humans, the canonical protein has a reported length of 1128 amino acid residues and a mass of 123.9 kDa. Up to 3 different isoforms have been reported for this protein. It is notably widely expressed in many tissue types. The COBLL1 marker can be used to identify Hippocampal Gyrus Neurons and Brain Neurons.* Synonyms for this target antigen include cordon-bleu protein-like 1, COBL-like 1, and COBLR1. COBLL1 gene orthologs have been reported in the mouse, rat, bovine, frog, zebrafish, chimpanzee and chicken species. Western Blot and Immunohistochemistry are common applications for COBLL1 antibodies.
