Anti-SLC25A43 antibodies are used in the immunodetection of the protein solute carrier family 25 member 43. In humans, the canonical protein has a reported length of 341 amino acid residues and a mass of 37.7 kDa. Its subcellular localization is in the mitochondria. Up to 2 different isoforms have been reported for this protein. A member of the Mitochondrial carrier (TC 2.A.29) protein family, SLC25A43 is known to be involved with transmembrane transport. SLC25A43 gene orthologs have been reported in the mouse, rat, bovine, frog, zebrafish, chimpanzee and chicken species. Western Blot is the most common application for the SLC25A43 antibodies listed below. Immunocytochemistry and Immunofluorescence are also common applications.
