Anti-C-type lectin domain family 4 member G antibodies are directed against the protein encoded by the gene CLEC4G in humans. The gene may also be known as LSECtin, DTTR431, LP2698, UNQ431, C-type lectin superfamily 4, member G, and liver and lymph node sinusoidal endothelial cell C-type lectin. Structurally, the protein is reported to be 32.6 kilodaltons in mass. The CLEC4G marker can be used to identify Lymphatic Vessel Endothelial Cells.* Based on gene name, canine, porcine, monkey, mouse and rat orthologs may also be found.
