Anti-ZGRF1 antibodies are used in the immunodetection of the protein zinc finger GRF-type containing 1. In humans, the canonical protein has a reported length of 2104 amino acid residues and a mass of 236.6 kDa. Its subcellular localization is in the membrane. Up to 7 different isoforms have been reported for this protein. Synonyms for this target antigen include protein ZGRF1, GRF-type zinc finger domain-containing protein 1, and C4orf21. ZGRF1 gene orthologs have been reported in the mouse, rat, bovine, frog, chimpanzee and chicken species. ELISA, Western Blot, Immunofluorescence, and Immunohistochemistry are common applications for ZGRF1 antibodies.
