Anti-DENND6A antibodies are used in the immunodetection of the protein DENN domain containing 6A. In humans, the canonical protein has a reported length of 608 amino acid residues and a mass of 69.6 kDa. Its subcellular localization is in the cytoplasm. It is notably widely expressed in many tissue types. It is a member of the DENND6 protein family. Synonyms for this target antigen include DENN domain-containing protein 6A, DENN/MADD domain containing 6A, family with sequence similarity 116, member A, protein FAM116A, and protein DENND6A. DENND6A gene orthologs have been reported in the mouse, rat, bovine, frog, zebrafish, chimpanzee and chicken species. These DENND6A antibodies are widely used in Western Blot experiments, among other applications.
