Anti-OR7G2 antibodies are used in the immunodetection of the protein olfactory receptor family 7 subfamily G member 2. In humans, the canonical protein has a reported length of 324 amino acid residues and a mass of 35.9 kDa. Its subcellular localization is in the cell membrane. A member of the G-protein coupled receptor 1 protein family, OR7G2 is known to be involved with signal transduction pathways. Post-translational modifications have been described, including glycosylation. Synonyms for this target antigen include OR19-13, olfactory receptor 19-13, olfactory receptor OR19-6, and olfactory receptor 7G2. Western Blot is a widely used application for the OR7G2 antibodies listed below. In addition, ELISA is also a common application.
