Anti-MS4A15 antibodies are used in the immunodetection of the protein membrane spanning 4-domains A15. In humans, the canonical protein has a reported length of 240 amino acid residues and a mass of 25.1 kDa. Its subcellular localization is in the membrane. Up to 3 different isoforms have been reported for this protein. A member of the MS4A protein family, MS4A15 is suspected to be involved in signal transduction as a component of a multimeric receptor complex. Synonyms for this target antigen include membrane-spanning 4-domains subfamily A member 15. MS4A15 gene orthologs have been reported in the mouse, rat, bovine and chimpanzee species. ELISA is the most common application for the MS4A15 antibodies listed below. Immunocytochemistry and Immunofluorescence are also common applications.
