Anti-LRATD2 antibodies are used in the immunodetection of the protein LRAT domain containing 2. In humans, the canonical protein has a reported length of 310 amino acid residues and a mass of 34.5 kDa. It is reported to be expressed in esophageal squamous cell carcinomas. It is a member of the LRATD protein family. Synonyms for this target antigen include breast cancer membrane protein 101, breast cancer membrane-associated protein 101, family with sequence similarity 84 member B, neurological/sensory 2, protein FAM84B, and protein LRATD2. LRATD2 gene orthologs have been reported in the mouse, rat, bovine, frog, chimpanzee and chicken species.
