There are over 350 anti-CXCL11 antibodies from over 20 different suppliers shown below. Choose from either monoclonal or polyclonal antibodies for a variety of applications, such as Western blot, ELISA, Flow Cytometry, IHC and immunofluorescence.
In humans, this target is encoded by the gene, C-X-C motif chemokine ligand 11 (CXCL11). Orthologs for CXCL11 have also been reported in other species, including rat, bovine and chimpanzee.
The canonical CXCL11 protein is 94 amino acids in length, 10.4 kDa in mass, and has a secreted subcellular localization. It is a member of the Intercrine alpha (chemokine CxC) protein family. CXCL11 functions in CXCR3 chemokine receptor binding and chemokine activity, as well as having a role in GPCR signaling. Tissue-specific expression of CXCL11 has been observed in several tissues, including liver, lung, placenta, pancreas, spleen, prostate, intestine and thymus.
Synonyms for this protein include: H174; I-TAC; IP-9; IP9; SCYB11; SCYB9B; b-R1; C-X-C motif chemokine 11; beta-R1; chemokine (C-X-C motif) ligand 11.
