Anti-TBC1D19 antibodies are used in the immunodetection of the protein TBC1 domain family member 19. In humans, the canonical protein has a reported length of 526 amino acid residues and a mass of 60.2 kDa. Up to 2 different isoforms have been reported for this protein. It is notably widely expressed in many tissue types. TBC1D19 is believed to act as a GTPase-activating protein for Rab family protein(s). TBC1D19 gene orthologs have been reported in the mouse, rat, bovine, frog, zebrafish, chimpanzee and chicken species. Western Blot is the most common application for the TBC1D19 antibodies listed below. ELISA and Immunohistochemistry are also common applications.
