Anti-OR10J1 antibodies are used in the immunodetection of the protein olfactory receptor family 10 subfamily J member 1. In humans, the canonical protein has a reported length of 320 amino acid residues and a mass of 35.9 kDa. Its subcellular localization is in the cell membrane. A member of the G-protein coupled receptor 1 protein family, OR10J1 is known to be involved with GPCR signaling pathways. Post-translational modifications have been described, including glycosylation. Synonyms for this target antigen include HSHGMP07J, olfactory receptor 10J1, olfactory receptor OR1-26, olfactory receptor-like protein HGMP07J, and HGMP07J. Western Blot is the most common application for the OR10J1 antibodies listed below. ELISA and Immunofluorescence are also common applications.
