Anti-OR4K14 antibodies are used in the immunodetection of the protein olfactory receptor family 4 subfamily K member 14. In humans, the canonical protein has a reported length of 310 amino acid residues and a mass of 35.1 kDa. Its subcellular localization is in the cell membrane. It is a member of the G-protein coupled receptor 1 protein family. Post-translational modifications have been described, including glycosylation. Synonyms for this target antigen include olfactory receptor OR14-18 pseudogene, olfactory receptor OR14-22, and olfactory receptor 4K14. OR4K14 gene orthologs have been reported in the bovine and chimpanzee species. Western Blot is the most common application for the OR4K14 antibodies listed below. ELISA and Immunofluorescence are also common applications.
