Anti-DENND2A antibodies are used in the immunodetection of the protein DENN domain containing 2A. In humans, the canonical protein has a reported length of 1009 amino acid residues and a mass of 113.9 kDa. Its subcellular localization is in the cytoplasm. Up to 2 different isoforms have been reported for this protein. DENND2A is known to be involved with protein transport. Synonyms for this target antigen include KIAA1277, DENN domain-containing protein 2A, DENN/MADD domain containing 2A, and FAM31D. DENND2A gene orthologs have been reported in the mouse, rat, bovine, frog, chimpanzee and chicken species. These DENND2A antibodies are widely used in Western Blot experiments, among other applications.
