Anti-CDKL4 antibodies are used in the immunodetection of the protein cyclin dependent kinase like 4. In humans, the canonical protein has a reported length of 379 amino acid residues and a mass of 43.4 kDa. Its subcellular localization is in the cytoplasm. Up to 2 different isoforms have been reported for this protein. A member of the CMGC Ser/Thr protein kinase protein family, CDKL4 is known to be involved with protein phosphorylation. CDKL4 gene orthologs have been reported in the mouse, rat, bovine, frog and chimpanzee species. Western Blot is the most common application for the CDKL4 antibodies listed below. ELISA, Immunofluorescence, and Immunohistochemistry are also common applications.
