Anti-SPT7-like STAGA complex gamma subunit antibodies are used in antigen-specific immunodetection in biological samples. The target SPT7-like STAGA complex gamma subunit is a known alias name of the protein SPT7 like, STAGA complex subunit gamma, encoded by the SUPT7L gene in humans. This 414-amino acid residue protein is known to be involved in the regulation of transcription, among other biological processes. It is localized to the nucleus of the cell and features sumoylated post-translational modifications. In terms of tissue expression, it is notably expressed at high levels in adenocarcinomas and gliomas and low in esophageal cancers and malignant hematological disease.
