Anti-extended synaptotagmin protein 1 antibodies are protein reagents that detect specific antigens. The extended synaptotagmin protein 1 antigen is another term for the human protein extended synaptotagmin 1, encoded by the ESYT1 gene. The protein is known to bind glycerophospholipids in a barrel-like domain and may play a role in cellular lipid transport (By similarity). Canonically, it has an amino acid length of 1104 residues and a mass of 122.9 kilodaltons. Its subcellular localization is in the ER and cell membrane and it is widely expressed across many tissue types. The extended synaptotagmin protein 1 protein is a member of the Extended synaptotagmin protein family.
