Anti-DEAD-box helicase 10 antibodies are used in the immunodetection of the protein encoded by the DDX10 gene. In humans, the canonical protein has a reported length of 875 amino acid residues and a mass of 100.9 kDa. A member of the DEAD box helicase protein family, it is known to be involved with rRNA processing. Other names for this target antigen include HRH-J8, probable ATP-dependent RNA helicase DDX10, DDX10-NUP98 fusion protein type 2, DEAD (Asp-Glu-Ala-Asp) box polypeptide 10, and Dbp4.
