Anti-ASXL transcriptional regulator 2 antibodies are directed against the protein encoded by the gene ASXL2 in humans. The gene may also be known as ASXH2, SHAPNS, putative Polycomb group protein ASXL2, and additional sex combs like 2, transcriptional regulator. Structurally, the protein is reported to be 153.8 kilodaltons in mass. Based on gene name, canine, porcine, monkey, mouse and rat orthologs may also be found.
