Anti-AD-004 antibodies are used in antigen-specific immunodetection in biological samples. The target AD-004 is a known alias name of the protein adenylate kinase 6, encoded by the AK6 gene in humans. This 172-amino acid residue protein is known to be involved in protein phosphorylation, among other biological processes. It is localized to the nucleus of the cell. In terms of tissue expression, it is found to be expressed in the heart, brain, placenta, lung, liver, skeletal muscle, kidney, pancreas, chorionic villi and the central nervous system. Indicated applications for AD-004 antibodies listed below include ELISA, Western Blot, and Immunohistochemistry.
