Anti-UBXN10 antibodies are used in the immunodetection of the protein UBX domain protein 10. In humans, the canonical protein has a reported length of 280 amino acid residues and a mass of 30.8 kDa. Its subcellular localization is in the cell projections. A member of the UBXN10 protein family, UBXN10 is known to be a VCP/p97-binding protein required for ciliogenesis. Synonyms for this target antigen include UBX domain containing 3, UBX domain-containing protein 3, and UBX domain-containing protein 10. UBXN10 gene orthologs have been reported in the mouse, rat, bovine, frog, zebrafish, chimpanzee and chicken species. Some UBXN10 antibodies may have been used in research and have associated citations. Western Blot is a widely used application for these antibodies. ELISA, Flow Cytometry, and Immunofluorescence are also common applications.
