Anti-TRAF2 and NCK interacting kinase antibodies are directed against the protein encoded by the gene TNIK in humans. The gene may also be known as MRT54 and TRAF2 and NCK-interacting protein kinase. Structurally, the protein is reported to be 154.9 kilodaltons in mass. Based on gene name, canine, porcine, monkey, mouse and rat orthologs may also be found.
