Anti-INPP4 antibodies enable researchers to detect and measure the INPP4 antigen in biological samples. This target is a reported synonym of the INPP4A gene, which encodes inositol polyphosphate-4-phosphatase type I A. This protein is known to function in signal transduction pathways, among other biological roles. The human version of INPP4 has a canonical amino acid length of 977 residues and a protein mass of 110 kilodaltons, although 4 isoforms have been identified. It is reported to be localized in the cell membrane, nucleus, and cytoplasm of cells and widely expressed in many tissue types. This target antigen may also be known as TVAS1. Indicated applications for INPP4 antibodies listed below include ELISA, Western Blot, Immunocytochemistry, and Immunohistochemistry.
