Anti-HPO1 antibodies enable researchers to detect and measure the HPO1 antigen in biological samples. This target is a reported synonym of the GFER gene, which encodes growth factor, augmenter of liver regeneration. This protein is known to function in the cellular response to lipopolysaccharides and TNF-mediated cellular signaling pathways, among other biological roles. The human version of HPO1 has a canonical amino acid length of 205 residues and a protein mass of 23.4 kilodaltons, although 2 isoforms have been identified. It is reported to be localized in the mitochondria, cytoplasm, and is secreted of cells and widely expressed in many tissue types. Other names for this target antigen include ALR, ERV1, and HERV1. Indicated applications for HPO1 antibodies listed below include ELISA, Flow Cytometry, Western Blot, and Immunohistochemistry.
