Anti-C19orf18 antibodies are used in the immunodetection of the protein chromosome 19 open reading frame 18. In humans, the canonical protein has a reported length of 215 amino acid residues and a mass of 24.2 kDa. Its subcellular localization is in the membrane. It is notably expressed in the placenta and testis. Synonyms for this target antigen include uncharacterized protein C19orf18. C19orf18 gene orthologs have been reported in the mouse, rat, bovine and chimpanzee species. Immunohistochemistry is the most common application for the C19orf18 antibodies listed below. Western Blot and Immunofluorescence are also common applications.
