Anti-HOXC10 antibodies are used in the immunodetection of the protein homeobox C10. In humans, the canonical protein has a reported length of 342 amino acid residues and a mass of 38.1 kDa. Its subcellular localization is in the nucleus. A member of the Abd-B homeobox protein family, HOXC10 is known to be involved with the regulation of cell proliferation and the regulation of transcription. Synonyms for this target antigen include homeobox protein Hox-C10, homeobox protein Hox-3I, homeoprotein C10, and HOX3I. HOXC10 gene orthologs have been reported in the mouse, rat, bovine, frog, chimpanzee and chicken species. A number of Hoxc10 antibodies have been mentioned in research publications and have associated citations. Western Blot is a widely used application for these antibodies. In addition, Immunohistochemistry is also a common application.
