Anti-GUCY1A3 antibodies enable researchers to detect and measure the GUCY1A3 antigen in biological samples. This target is a reported synonym of the GUCY1A1 gene, which encodes guanylate cyclase 1 soluble subunit alpha 1. The human version of GUCY1A3 has a canonical amino acid length of 690 residues and a protein mass of 77.5 kilodaltons, although 2 isoforms have been identified. It is reported to be localized in the cytoplasm of cells. Other names for this target antigen include GC-S-alpha-1, GC-SA3, and GCS-alpha-3. Western Blot is the most common application for the GUCY1A3 antibodies listed below. ELISA and Immunohistochemistry are also common applications.
