Anti-Ribosome binding protein 1 antibodies are directed against the protein encoded by the gene RRBP1 in humans. The gene may also be known as ES130, HES, ES/130, RRp, 180 kDa ribosome receptor homolog, and ES/130-related protein. Structurally, the protein is reported to be 152.5 kilodaltons in mass. Based on gene name, canine, porcine, monkey, mouse and rat orthologs may also be found.
