Anti-SUSD6 antibodies are used in the immunodetection of the protein sushi domain containing 6. In humans, the canonical protein has a reported length of 303 amino acid residues and a mass of 32.1 kDa. Its subcellular localization is in the membrane. SUSD6 is believed to play a role in growth-suppressive activity and cell death. Synonyms for this target antigen include KIAA0247, sushi domain-containing protein 6, drug-activated gene overexpressed protein, and DRAGO. SUSD6 gene orthologs have been reported in the mouse, rat, bovine, frog, zebrafish, chimpanzee and chicken species. Some SUSD6 antibodies may have been used in research and have associated citations. Western Blot is a widely used application for these antibodies. In addition, ELISA is also a common application.
