Anti-CYSRT1 antibodies are used in the immunodetection of the protein cysteine rich tail 1. In humans, the canonical protein has a reported length of 144 amino acid residues and a mass of 15.3 kDa. It is notably expressed in many tissues, such as the cervix and esophagus. It is a member of the CYSRT1 protein family. Synonyms for this target antigen include cysteine-rich tail protein 1 and UPF0574 protein C9orf169. CYSRT1 gene orthologs have been reported in the mouse, rat, bovine, frog, chimpanzee and chicken species. Immunofluorescence is the most common application for the CYSRT1 antibodies listed below. Western Blot, Immunocytochemistry, and Immunohistochemistry are also common applications.
