Anti-FUBI antibodies are used in antigen-specific immunodetection in biological samples. The target FUBI is a known alias name of the protein FAU ubiquitin like and ribosomal protein S30 fusion, encoded by the FAU gene in humans. This 133-amino acid residue protein is known to be involved in protein translation, among other biological processes. It is localized to the nucleus and cytoplasm of the cell and features cleaved post-translational modifications. It is reported to be widely expressed in many tissue types. Other synonyms for FUBI include FAU1 and Fub1. Indicated applications for FUBI antibodies listed below include ELISA, Western Blot, and Immunohistochemistry.
