Anti-C10orf54 antibodies are protein reagents that detect specific antigens. The C10orf54 antigen is another term for the human protein V-set immunoregulatory receptor, encoded by the VSIR gene. The protein is reported to be an immunoregulatory receptor, which inhibits the T-cell response. Canonically, it has an amino acid length of 311 residues and a mass of 33.9 kilodaltons. Its subcellular localization is in the cell membrane and it is notably expressed in spleen.
