Anti-DYX1C1 antibodies are used in antigen-specific immunodetection in biological samples. The target DYX1C1 is a known alias name of the protein dynein axonemal assembly factor 4, encoded by the DNAAF4 gene in humans. This 420-amino acid residue protein is known to be involved in cellular localization and cardiac tissue development, among other biological processes. It is localized to the nucleus and cytoplasm of the cell. In terms of tissue expression, it is reported to be expressed in several tissues, including brain, lung, kidney and testis. Indicated applications for DYX1C1 antibodies listed below include ELISA, Western Blot, Immunoprecipitation, and Immunohistochemistry.
