Anti-TRIM67 antibodies are used in the immunodetection of the protein tripartite motif containing 67. In humans, the canonical protein has a reported length of 783 amino acid residues and a mass of 83.8 kDa. Its subcellular localization is in the cytoplasm. Up to 2 different isoforms have been reported for this protein. A member of the TRIM/RBCC protein family, TRIM67 is known to be involved with neuronal development. Synonyms for this target antigen include tripartite motif-containing protein 67 and TRIM9-like protein TNL. TRIM67 gene orthologs have been reported in the mouse, rat, bovine, frog, zebrafish, chimpanzee and chicken species. Some TRIM67 antibodies may have been used in research and have associated citations. Western Blot is a widely used application for these antibodies. In addition, ELISA is also a common application.
