Anti-RAS like proto-oncogene A antibodies are directed against the protein encoded by the gene RALA in humans. The gene may also be known as RAL, ras-related protein Ral-A, and RALA Ras like proto-oncogene A. Structurally, the protein is reported to be 23.6 kilodaltons in mass. Based on gene name, fly, canine, porcine, monkey, mouse and rat orthologs may also be found.
