Anti-C14orf119 antibodies are used in the immunodetection of the protein chromosome 14 open reading frame 119. In humans, the canonical protein has a reported length of 140 amino acid residues and a mass of 16 kDa. Its subcellular localization is in the mitochondria. Synonyms for this target antigen include uncharacterized protein C14orf119 and My028 protein. C14orf119 gene orthologs have been reported in the mouse, rat, bovine, frog, zebrafish and chimpanzee species. Some C14orf119 antibodies may have been used in research and have associated citations. These antibodies are most commonly used in Western Blot experiments, among other applications.
