Anti-KLHL25 antibodies are used in the immunodetection of the protein kelch like family member 25. In humans, the canonical protein has a reported length of 589 amino acid residues and a mass of 65.9 kDa. It is notably widely expressed in many tissue types. KLHL25 is reported to be a substrate-specific adapter of a BCR (BTB-CUL3-RBX1) E3 ubiquitin ligase complex involved in various processes, such as translation homeostasis and lipid synthesis. Synonyms for this target antigen include BTB/POZ KELCH domain protein, ectoderm-neural cortex protein 2, ectodermal-neural cortex 2, kelch-like 25, and kelch-like protein 25. KLHL25 gene orthologs have been reported in the mouse, rat, bovine, frog, zebrafish, chimpanzee and chicken species. Some KLHL25 antibodies may have been used in research and have associated citations. Western Blot is a widely used application for these antibodies. ELISA, Immunocytochemistry, and Immunofluorescence are also common applications.
