Anti-ZNF266 antibodies are used in the immunodetection of the protein zinc finger protein 266. In humans, the canonical protein has a reported length of 549 amino acid residues and a mass of 62.1 kDa. Its subcellular localization is in the nucleus. A member of the Krueppel C2H2-type zinc-finger protein family, ZNF266 is suspected to be involved in transcriptional regulation. Synonyms for this target antigen include zinc finger protein 1, zinc finger protein HZF1, and HZF1. ZNF266 gene orthologs have been reported in the mouse, rat and chimpanzee species. Immunohistochemistry is the most common application for the ZNF266 antibodies listed below. ELISA, Western Blot, and Immunofluorescence are also common applications.
