Anti-GARNL3 antibodies are used in the immunodetection of the protein GTPase activating Rap/RanGAP domain like 3. In humans, the canonical protein has a reported length of 1013 amino acid residues and a mass of 112.9 kDa. Up to 5 different isoforms have been reported for this protein. It is notably expressed in many tissues, such as the caudate, testis, and bronchus. A member of the GARNL3 protein family, GARNL3 is known to be involved with GTPase activation and GPCR signaling pathways. Synonyms for this target antigen include GTPase-activating Rap/Ran-GAP domain-like protein 3 and GTPase activating RANGAP domain-like 3. GARNL3 gene orthologs have been reported in the mouse, rat, bovine, frog, zebrafish, chimpanzee and chicken species. Western Blot is the most common application for the GARNL3 antibodies listed below. Immunofluorescence and Immunohistochemistry are also common applications.
