Anti-DZIP3 antibodies are used in the immunodetection of the protein DAZ interacting zinc finger protein 3. In humans, the canonical protein has a reported length of 1208 amino acid residues and a mass of 138.6 kDa. Its subcellular localization is in the cytoplasm. Up to 2 different isoforms have been reported for this protein. It is notably widely expressed in many tissue types. DZIP3 is known to be involved with protein ubiquitination. Synonyms for this target antigen include UURF2, hRUL138, E3 ubiquitin-protein ligase DZIP3, DAZ interacting protein 3, zinc finger, DAZ-interacting protein 3, and PPP1R66. DZIP3 gene orthologs have been reported in the mouse, rat, bovine and chimpanzee species. Some DZIP3 antibodies may have been used in research and have associated citations. Immunohistochemistry is a widely used application for these antibodies. Western Blot and Immunofluorescence are also common applications.
