Anti-FL antibodies are used in antigen-specific immunodetection in biological samples. The target FL is a known alias name of the protein fms related receptor tyrosine kinase 3 ligand, encoded by the FLT3LG gene in humans. This 235-amino acid residue protein is known to be involved in the regulation of cell proliferation and signal transduction pathways, among other biological processes. It is localized to the cell membrane and is secreted of the cell and features glycosylated post-translational modifications. Other synonyms for FL include FLG3L and FLT3L. Western Blot is a widely used application for the FL antibodies listed below. In addition, ELISA is also a common application.
