Anti-WDR63 antibodies are used in antigen-specific immunodetection in biological samples. The target WDR63 is a known alias name of the protein dynein axonemal intermediate chain 3, encoded by the DNAI3 gene in humans. This 891-amino acid residue protein is known to act as a negative regulator of cell migration, invasion, and metastasis downstream of p53/TP53, through inhibition of Arp2/3 complex-mediated actin polymerization. It is localized to the cytoplasm of the cell. It is reported to be expressed in the fallopian tube and testis. Indicated applications for WDR63 antibodies listed below include Western Blot and Immunohistochemistry.
