Anti-C6orf150 antibodies detect the protein encoded by the gene CGAS, or 'cyclic GMP-AMP synthase' in humans. The 522-amino acid protein is a member of the Mab-21 family. The cellular localization is predicted to be cytoplasmic, nuclear and membrane-associated.
