Anti-C19orf25 antibodies are used in the immunodetection of the protein chromosome 19 open reading frame 25. In humans, the canonical protein has a reported length of 118 amino acid residues and a mass of 12.9 kDa. Up to 2 different isoforms have been reported for this protein. It is notably expressed in many tissues, such as the oral mucosa and vagina. It is a member of the UPF0449 protein family. Synonyms for this target antigen include UPF0449 protein C19orf25. C19orf25 gene orthologs have been reported in the mouse, rat, bovine, frog, zebrafish, chimpanzee and chicken species. Western Blot is the most common application for the C19orf25 antibodies listed below. Immunocytochemistry and Immunofluorescence are also common applications.
