Anti-ETRA antibodies are used in antigen-specific immunodetection in biological samples. The target ETRA is a known alias name of the protein endothelin receptor type A, encoded by the EDNRA gene in humans. This 427-amino acid residue protein is a known receptor for endothelin-1. It is localized to the cell membrane of the cell and features glycosylated post-translational modifications. Other synonyms for ETRA include ET-A, ET-A, and ETA. Some ETRA antibodies may have been used in research and have associated citations. Western Blot is a widely used application for these antibodies. ELISA and Immunohistochemistry are also common applications.
