Anti-Crystallin, beta B3 antibodies are used in the immunodetection of the protein encoded by the CRYBB3 gene. In humans, the canonical protein has a reported length of 211 amino acid residues and a mass of 24.3 kDa. A member of the Beta/gamma-crystallin protein family, it is known to be involved with eye development. Other names for this target antigen include CRYB3, CTRCT22, beta-crystallin B3, eye lens structural protein, and CATCN2.
