Anti-PMS antibodies are used in antigen-specific immunodetection in biological samples. The target PMS is a known alias name of the protein proline rich protein BstNI subfamily 1, encoded by the PRB1 gene in humans. This protein has a canonical amino acid length of 392 residues and a mass of 38.6 kDa. The protein is secreted and features O-glycosylated and cleaved post-translational modifications.
