Anti-C-C CKR-8 antibodies enable researchers to detect and measure the C-C CKR-8 antigen in biological samples. This target is a reported synonym of the CCR8 gene, which encodes C-C motif chemokine receptor 8. This protein is known to function in cell adhesion and chemotaxis, among other biological roles. The human version of C-C CKR-8 has a canonical amino acid length of 355 residues and a protein mass of 40.8 kilodaltons, although 2 isoforms have been identified. It is reported to be localized in the cell membrane of cells and notably expressed in the thymus. This target antigen may also be known as CDw198. Western Blot is the most common application for the C-C CKR-8 antibodies listed below. ELISA and Immunohistochemistry are also common applications.
