Anti-ASI antibodies enable researchers to detect and measure the ASI antigen in biological samples. This target is a reported synonym of the ARSI gene, which encodes arylsulfatase family member I. The human version of ASI has a canonical amino acid length of 569 residues and a protein mass of 64 kilodaltons, although 2 isoforms have been identified. It is reported to be localized in the ER and is secreted of cells. ASI is a member of the Sulfatase protein family. Indicated applications for ASI antibodies listed below include ELISA, Flow Cytometry, Western Blot, and Immunofluorescence.
