Anti-Cpx-1 antibodies are used in antigen-specific immunodetection in biological samples. The target Cpx-1 is a known alias name of the protein complexin 1, encoded by the CPLX1 gene in humans. This 134-amino acid residue protein is known to be involved in chemical synaptic transmission and exocytosis, among other biological processes. It is localized to the cytoplasm of the cell. It is reported to be expressed in many tissues, such as the adrenal gland and cerebellum. Indicated applications for Cpx-1 antibodies listed below include ELISA and Western Blot.
