Anti-Beta-Trcp1 antibodies are used in antigen-specific immunodetection in biological samples. The target Beta-Trcp1 is a known alias name of the protein beta-transducin repeat containing E3 ubiquitin protein ligase, encoded by the BTRC gene in humans. This 605-amino acid residue protein is reported to be a substrate recognition component of a SCF (SKP1-CUL1-F-box protein) E3 ubiquitin-protein ligase complex which mediates the ubiquitination and subsequent proteasomal degradation of target proteins. It is localized to the nucleus and cytoplasm of the cell. In terms of tissue expression, it is reported to be expressed in epididymis. Other synonyms for Beta-Trcp1 include BETA-TRCP, FBW1A, and FBXW1. Indicated applications for Beta-Trcp1 antibodies listed below include Western Blot, Immunofluorescence, and Immunohistochemistry.
